Emma Martin
Emma has worked in financial services
since leaving school first at Barclays before moving to Standard
Life. She joined Mortgages@ Options in 2003 as Matthew Searles
PA, she then passed the Mortgage Advisors exam to become a
mortgage and protection specialist.
Emma enjoys cooking and reading in her spare time.

Gareth Morgans
Gareth has been working in Financial
Services for seven years initially with Lloyds TSB before
joining Mortgages@ Options in 2005. Initially Gareth was part
of our administration team before passing the exams to become
a Mortgage and Protection specialist. Gareth is a keen Rugby
player.

Dean Packham
Dean has worked in financial services for 17 years gaining
experience with Nat West, Royal Sun Alliance and Friends Provident.
Dean joined Mortgages@ Options in 2005 as a mortgage and protection
specialist and is based in our office in Bacon Estate agents
in Lancing. Dean enjoys running and is actively involved in
his church.

Matt Searle
Probably the best mortgage adviser in the world - at least
in Matt’s opinion and that of the many clients that
have come back again and again over the last 18 years. He
started advising in 1989 with Equity and Law providing advice
through estate agencies before going on to become an Independent
Financial Adviser in 1991 when he set up Courtney Green Financial
Services which then went on to become Independent Options
in 1993. And the rest is history, Matthew now heads one of
the biggest mortgage brokers in Sussex with offices in Worthing
and Hove.
Alison Skelding
Alison has worked in financial services for 20 years. She
gained experience with the Woolwich, Abbey, Alliance and Leicester
and Halifax before becoming an independent mortgage and protection
specialist in 2004 when she joined Mortgages @Options. Alison
enjoys sports, cooking and travelling.

Russell Stainer
Russell is our newest member of staff and Mortgage adviser.
Having run his own business for many years before joining
Mortgages @Options, Russell has a wealth of knowledge to bring
to the role. During his spare time he enjoys extreme sports,
cooking and taking Murphy (the dog) to the beach.

Lisa Ward
Lisa has worked in financial companies
for 20 years. Before moving to Mortgages @ Options in 1999
she gained her experience with Abbey, Alliance and Leicester,
Halifax and the Woolwich. Lisa’s hobbies include keeping
fit and looking after her children.

Neil Naismith
Neil has worked in financial services for over 20 years he
joined Mortgages @Options in 2007 as a mortgage and protection
specialist. He specialises in Equity Release and Commercial
Mortgages. Neil is a keen golfer who also enjoys cricket,
rugby and darts but especially football.

Options would grind to a holt. Having more than fifty years
of financial experience between them with companies including
MGM Insurance, Legal and General, Woolwich and Barclays Bank.
Some of the team have been with Matt for over nine years,
which means that when clients come back they often talk to
the same people, giving a feeling of stability.
